Empowering Young Women’s Program

Creating A Brighter Future for our girls

By supporting grade 11 female students through a mentoring and leadership development program before they complete their schooling and enter the ‘real world’, we provide an opportunity to change our nation’s future. The Empowering Young Women's Program will provide a unique mentor based program which encourages ambition, empowers confidence, and keeps them on track by helping them set goals and work towards achieving them.

This program provides a unique forum for participants where female leaders and executives share their time, experiences and their wisdom with young women to further develop their skills, expand their knowledge and support their ability to become leaders in both business and communities.

PROGRAM: Through the unique one-day program, workbook and on-line modules where female leaders and mentors focus on relevant real issues, providing career inspiration, advice, career inspiration, advice and support for the participants.
