EMPOWERING YOUNG WOMEN PROGRAM
In the next decade, women will control around two-thirds of the consumer wealth in the country ... so government, businesses (and men) need to know what it is women really need and want and how to best support and manage this growing market. Here at the Women's Words we are working with companies and organisations to identify key themes underlying women’s aspirations and goals.
The Future: As a key part of the Women's Words Project of assisting and developing female leaders for the future, we have created a metro and regional program in association with businesses and organisations to support a mentoring series for Grade 12 girls prior to them leaving school. Providing them with much-needed training and mentoring, which will assist them to develop entrepreneurial and leadership skills to equip them for their future.
